Merit has the unique ability to offer close tolerance processes, coupled with the production capability of our CNC turning and CNC milling equipment. We are able to perform wire EDM operations on production parts produced in the CNC equipment, and our expertise includes hard turning and hard milling. We have CNC turn mill capabilities, as well as ram EDM and precision grinding capabilities.
Design & Engineering
Working closely with our customers in the early development stages, our engineers help design products for optimal quality and performance. Merit Industries is on call to work with your team, solving any problems that may arise and driving efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. We concentrate on designing for manufacturability, cycle time reduction, statistical process control, variation management and Kaizen cost out.
